Heather has a background in Casino Finance and Bank Management. She started her lucrative Real Estate Career in 2002 with Bill Heenan and Associates.  After selling Real Estate full time for 10 years, Heather decided to put her management and business development skills to work in Real Estate and stepped into Leadership and Brokerage Management as the Director of Business Development for Heritage Properties.  She started teaching Principles and Practices in 2012 with The Academy of Professional Development and formed her own school, Cadema Education, in 2015.  Heather has recruited, trained and mentored some the top producing agents in New London County, many of which were prior students of hers!  Heather has worked as a managing broker and Regional Manager for the William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty and received awards for Manager of the Year in 2020 and 2021.  She's a Certified Life Coach and an Advisor for the University of New Haven's Women in Leadership Program.  Helping people find their "why" and grow their business is Heather's passion!

Heather is now partnered with her long time friend and first Broker, Bill Heenan as the Director of Business Deveopement for the Bill Heenan Team at William Raveis Real Estate.  Together, Heather and Bill lead a team of agents from new to the business through top producing level success- fulfilling the Mission of CADEMA - Career - Development - Mastery!
